The HR domain is advancing and witnessing a sea change in the way it functions in anticipation of more progressive outlook in the coming times. With a rapid incursion and development of innovative technologies, the HR practices have taken a big leap recently to adapt to change or respond to an external impetus in a speedy yet effective manner. There is also a necessity to reimagine HR, liberate human potential talent and organizational practices to form an agile workforce, assertively to face, the changes ahead. Thus, this conference aims to create platform. processes, and tools that will continue to progress, sustain and provide lead for significant changes to the management of future workforce. The authors are welcome to submit their research work for the conference on any of the following subthemes.

Pondicherry University was established under the Act of Indian Parliament in 1985. The President of India is the Visitor and The Vice President of India is the Chancellor of the Pondicherry University. This university is outstanding among the Central Universities in India. The University has 750+ acres of land with modern buildings and state of the art technology. The University has 15 schools and 49 departments with over 6000 students from across the globe. The campus with its lush green lawns and fresh air opens up every students mind and guides them into enlightenment. The university is a member of Association of Commonwealth Universities and signed MOU with several Foreign Universities and Institutes. The University has been accredited 'A' grade by NAAC (An Autonomous Institution of University Grants Commission). The intellectually stimulating milieu, good pedagogy and a multi-cultural environment make the University very distinct and unique from the other institutions in India. Pondicherry University is situated on the Chennai- Puducherry East Coast Road (ECR) at about 165 km south of Chennai metropolitan city.

The School Of Management is one of the most popular school of excellence in the campus, primarily focusing on business related courses since its very inception in 1986. This is the most diversified school with eight departments catering to the needs of business world under the different specialized courses. It is one of the largest school in the University with more than 70 Faculty members, over 225 Research Scholars and 1000+ Students.

For the past 31 years, the department has been catering to the needs of aspiring management and research students with a highly competent team of 15 faculty members, DMS serves as a boon to the ardent students who have the striving thirst to learn and practice management. Submission Guidelines for conference

•Prepare your research abstract as a word document, with numbered pages at the bottom center of the page.
•Page-1 may include Title of the Research Work, Authors' details (Name, Affiliation(s), and contact details including primary email and mobile number) 8 key words[Max. 5 words]
•Do not include name(s) or any identification information on any part of the submission.
•Page-2 should contain the title & keywords, followed by the content of the extended abstract submission.
•Prepare your submissions in Times New Roman [12 Font size, single line spacing, 1-inch margin on all the sides of the document]
•All the manuscripts will be adjudicated to Double Blind Peer Review process and the Reviewers comments will be communicated to the authors.
•The organizing committee has the right to decide the final decision of acceptance of the paper for presentation in the conference.
•Format your references in APA referencing style.
•All the submissions will be subjected to plagiarism checking and similarities up to 10% is acceptable. If any submissions found above this limit will be summarily rejected without any further explanation [Turnitin].

Full papers

•On acceptance of the extended abstract, authors must submit the final paper within the deadline specified in the Important Dates.
•Manuscript should be 5000-6000 words in length [excluding references, tables, figures].
•Manuscript should contain an abstract, keywords and separate sections on Introduction, Review of Literature & Propositions, Research Methodology, Results, Discussions, Managerial Implications, Conclusions, Limitations and Future Research Directions and References.
•Page-1 may include Title of the Research Work, Authors' details (Name, Affiliation(s), and contact details including primary email and mobile number) 8 key words [Max. 5 words]
•Do not include Author(s)'s name(s) or any identification information on any part of the submission.
•Page-2 should contain the title & keywords, followed by the content of the extended abstract submission, followed by the full paper.
•Prepare your submissions in Times New Roman [12 Font size, single line spacing, 1-inch margin on all the sides of the document]
•Use British spellings in all cases rather than American spellings.
•Use 'twentieth century', '1980s'. Spell out numbers from one to nine, 10 and above to remain in figures.
•However, for exact measurements, use only figures (3 km, 9 percent, not %). Use thousands and millions, not lakhs and crores.
•Tables and figures to be indicated by numbers separately (see Table 1), not by placement (see Table below).
•Present each table and figure on a separate sheet of paper, gathering them together at the end of the article.
•All Figures and Tables should be cited in the text.
•Sources for figures and tables should be mentioned irrespective of whether or not they require permissions.
•A consolidated listing of all books, articles, essays, theses and documents referred to (including any referred to in the tables, graphs and maps) should be provided at the end of the article. Guidelines specified in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (6th edition) must be followed.
•At least one co-author of the accepted paper must attend the conference and present the work.

Publication Collaboration

Author's to note: The authors of selected paper will be directed to submit the papers to International Journal of Comparative Management in the month of February 2020 for further review.

All full/extended paper submissions will be considered for publication in International Journal of Comparative Management, published by Inderscience Publishers, UK, subject to the journal's review policy. The journal charges no publication fee. More details of the journal can be obtained by opening the link
